NECC respects the intellectual property of others and we ask that our users do the same. We prohibit users from uploading, posting or otherwise transmitting on this website or by any of our services any materials that violate another party’s intellectual property rights. We have no responsibility for content on other websites that you may find or access when using NECC’s products or services. The terms of use of those websites, and not NECC Terms of Use, govern your use of that material.

  6. A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your Notice is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner of authorized to act on the copyright or intellectual property owner’s behalf.
